Shipping & Returns
All orders are custom packed with care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are shipped via Fedex. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any inquiries. For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. Lillian Shalom is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other related fees on international shipments.
All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they are shipped. Each piece is estimated to ship within the window specified on its respective product page, and all windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different shipping windows, and all windows specified are estimates, as every product is made to order. We aim to ship your order within the stipulated window on the product page, however, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Please note, we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly; or lost, or stolen items.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and item selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, or changing the order once an order has been placed.

In the event you receive an item that you believe to be damaged or defective, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
If you purchased a Lillian Shalom piece from a third party, please consult their applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other vendors.
